HTC – High Tech Center

An HTC gathers together top-level technology companies and research units into a working community that is then offered premises and supporting services at a reasonable price. An HTC is where people, technology and business interact.

SRV Logistics Center

Our SRV Logistics Center concept is the answer to the tough logistics requirements of trade, industry and logistics providers.

SRV Logistics Centers are large full-service facilities that provide companies with all the services they need. In addition to comprehensive logistics services, they have a great range of additional services at their disposal - such as security and property maintenance as well as equipment and machinery leasing and maintenance.

Location is the key to the well-oiled operations of the SRV Logistics Centers - they are built in central but uncongested locations where heavy transport vehicles can arrive and depart with ease. Another major feature that substantially facilitates logistics processes are container terminals for storage of full and empty containers.

GCC - Grand Cargo Center

The Grand Cargo Center logistics concept is specially designed for the needs of wholesale companies and logistics services providers. GCC buildings feature efficient terminal, warehouse, production and office premises that are easy to modify, providing companies with the optimal setting for their logistics processes.

GCC buildings are large and can be subdivided between several users. The buildings primarily comprise high warehouses with integrated terminal facilities and, in certain cases, production and office space. The buildings are designed for maximum efficiency in processing incoming and outbound road-transported goods. Companies also have additional services at their disposal, such as express maintenance of their transport fleet.

 STC - Smart Tech Center

Smart Tech Center is a multipurpose concept tailored for the business premise needs of SMEs. STC buildings provide companies not only with well-oiled logistics facilities, but also easily modifiable office, production, maintenance and retail space.

One of the cornerstones of the STC concept is good logistics. STCs are located in places that are easy to get to, have space for sufficient parking, and have connections for goods traffic. If required, ground floor users can drive straight into a warehouse. The subsequent two floors can also be built without intermediate floors, giving two- or three-storey warehouse or production premises.

SRV Urban

SRV Urban is a shopping centre located in the hearth of the city or a little outside city center with access to rich transport connections. SRV Local

SRV Local is a local shopping centre featuring variety of basic services and good transport connections from nearby areas via public transport or by foot.

Practical and compact, often single story shopping centre is designed to supplement local service structure and ease local residents day to day chores. Grocery stores are accompanied with barbershops, kiosks, post offices, banks, florists and pharmacies. Local centre is a natural meeting place for nearby residents and people often do their shopping on the way from workplace or school.

SRV Retail

SRV Retail is a full scale commercial area, single business or other commercial entity located outside city centre with access to highway junctions or other central transport connections. Ease of use is the most important value in Retail. Transport connections are excellent, free parking is ample and access to shops is effortless.

Practical and adaptive Retail –concept can be adjusted to accommodate different kind of user needs. It’s an ideal solution for example retailers who require large commercial premises.
