With the opening of Vuosaari Harbour, the Uusimaa Region's transportation and distribution hub is shifting eastwards. Kerava is the best location for linking up road and rail transport. Kerca is on the border of Kerava and Vantaa, on a site measuring over 160 hectares. The cargo center occupies an ideal location for distribution in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and Uusimaa Region, right in the juncture of the main railway line, the Lahti-Kerava direct line and the Vuosaari Harbour line, providing a direct route from Finland's major centers to the Far East via Russia.
By routing cargo through Kerca, you'll steer clear of the congested Ring Road III while still operating close to rapid connections - only 10 km from Ring Road III and 15 km from the airport.
Kerca has building rights for about 270,000 m2 of floor area. Terminal, warehouse and office buildings can be either implemented for a single user or subdivided between numerous users - premises are always tailored to our customers' needs.
