STC Nummela is a business centre for small and medium-sized businesses. It is constructed applying the Smart Tech Centre concept.

The first phase of the project is complete and we are in the process of leasing out premises from the second phase, which comprises about 2,000 m².

STC Nummela can accommodate different types of premises, as required by the occupier businesses. The users may combine office space with small-scale production and warehouse space, provided that there is no disturbance to the surroundings.

STC Nummela is located adjacent to Trunk Road 2, on the eastern side of the southern entry junction of the Nummela flyover. The area is subject to vigorous development and, in addition to office premises, an extensive residential area is under construction.

STC Nummela is being developed as a multi-phase project, the final outcome of which will be a 4,000 m² to 4,500 m² chain of office premises, consisting of 1,000 m² units. The units are inter-connectable by lobby spaces or connecting bridges.

The units on two floors can be divided between several users into different-sized premises. The ground floor can accommodate up to four different segments, each with its own entrance at ground level. In addition to office space, the ground floor can be used for small-scale production or warehousing that does not cause disturbance to the surroundings. Vehicle access for maintenance and loading purposes can be arranged to each of these areas. The centre of the building houses the social facilities, while the technical facilities are located on the roof of the building for ease of space division and adaptation.
